It never fails to amaze me how
talking to someone who listens well and asks the right questions at the
right time can help a person feel better or discover something about
themselves they didn't know before. I've experienced this both as a
counsellor and someone who has benefited from counselling at different times
in my life.
My counselling approach centers around this
idea of trying to truly understand where my clients are coming from.
